Return and Exchange Policy

We strive for every SSELTED item to fit you perfectly. If for any reason it doesn't, you can arrange an exchange or return.

Timeframe
You can exchange or return an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions
Returns or exchanges are possible if:

• the item has not been used
• its marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved
• all tags, seals, and original packaging are present
• proof of purchase is available

Return Procedure

Within Ukraine
Returns and exchanges are processed through the "Nova Poshta" delivery service according to the carrier's tariffs.

International Orders
Returns and exchanges are processed through international delivery services at the client's expense.

The cost of delivery for returns or exchanges is paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed separately.
